Community Guidelines

Keeping Indie Munich respectful, transparent, and professional.

To keep Indie Munich a safe and welcoming space, we ask everyone to follow these guidelines:

01

Representation

Only the co-founders, Ryan Inglis & Carolin Kumari, are to officially speak, negotiate, or make agreements on behalf of Indie Munich. No one else can present themselves as if they represent the brand, the leadership team, or the entire community.

02

Community Member

Anyone in the network, free to share, connect, and collaborate.

03

Team Member

Indie Munich management (Ryan & Carolin) or selected entrusted volunteers with official responsibilities.

04

Boundaries

Respect personal and professional boundaries. If someone sets a limit, accept it.

05

Transparency

Be clear and upfront when offering professional services. No hidden fees or surprise charges (e.g. offering "free" photos and later billing artists at full price).

06

Respect

Communicate in a professional and constructive way. Undermining, manipulative, or passive-aggressive behaviour is not acceptable.

07

No Exploitation

Don't misuse the community for fake management/booking offers or other ways of taking advantage of members.

08

Responsibility

Indie Munich is open to everyone, but we cannot verify every background. Please use good judgment when collaborating.

Repeated violations of these guidelines may result in removal from the community.
